REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY-
Products cannot be returned after completion of the payment. Payment Refunds will be given as store credits which can be used within 90 days. Returns and replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect size), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
There may be minor colour and sheen difference in the actual product from the picture as colour depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights.
There may be minor inconsistency in handmade designs, block prints, embroidered designs a they are part of the manufacturing process itself and adds to the products uniqueness.
NISHBA does not provide any guarantee on post wash fabric shrinkage or colour bleed.
You can either call our support number – 9315690742 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No. or AWB No., and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN –
Product and Accessories, if any, should be in original condition. Original invoice should be retained and returned. Returns and replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incomplete style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY –
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
We do not offer Cash Refund in any condition.
Refund will be in mode of Credit Note which will be issued and can be used in any future purchase for a period 90 days from date of issue.
Your refund will be initiated by us within 5 business days of receiving the article and authorization of the refund. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pickup facility), as any returned items that is not received by us will be treated as not returned.
NISHBA will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
MODE OF REFUND –
For returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered)
We require product images in the below mentioned cases :
- Defective product received – Only product image required.
- Wrong product received – Both product and invoice image required.
- Wrong size received – Both product and size tag image required.
- Incomplete order received – Product image and invoice image required.
Your Credit Note shall be sent on your email or whatsapp between 2-4 days once your return package has been received and checked.
